Refund & Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for hygiene products, underwear, or personal use items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos.
